Building Relationships and Giving Back: The Association of Contracting Plumbers Golf Outing
Marovato Industries joins New York plumbing professionals for a day of connection, industry support, and giving back.

On Monday, September 14, 2026, I had the opportunity to attend the Association of Contracting Plumbers Golf Outing, and Marovato Industries was proud to be a sponsor of the event.
It was a great day to reconnect with customers, friends, and others in the New York plumbing industry, but what made the event especially meaningful was the cause it supported.
The outing raised more than $100,000 for the Feeding Families Foundation, which helps provide meals to parents and caregivers while their children are hospitalized. Knowing that a day spent bringing our industry together could also help families during such a difficult time made the event that much more special.
More Than Customers and Suppliers
Marovato has been working with plumbing and mechanical contractors for more than 30 years, and some of the relationships we have today go back many years.
Most days, our conversations with customers are about quotes, deliveries, material, or a problem that needs to be solved quickly. Events like the golf outing give us a chance to step away from the day-to-day business and spend time with the people behind those companies.
That is one of the things I value most about industry events—catching up with people I may speak to often but do not always get to see in person.
Staying Connected to the Industry
As a supplier, I think it is important for Marovato to stay connected to the contractors and organizations that make up the New York plumbing industry.
For more than three decades, we have supplied pipe supports, fasteners, anchors, threaded rod, structural steel, and fabricated support components to plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical contractors throughout the New York metropolitan area.
But being part of this industry has always been about more than the materials we sell. Sponsoring and attending events like this gives us the opportunity to support the industry, strengthen relationships, meet new people, and contribute to organizations doing meaningful work.
Relationships Still Matter
The construction industry has changed a lot over the years, but one thing has not changed: relationships still matter.
There is value in knowing the people you do business with and in taking the time to stay connected outside of the usual workday.
Monday’s golf outing was a great reminder of that.
Marovato Industries was proud to support the event, and congratulations to everyone involved in raising more than $100,000 for the Feeding Families Foundation.
Thank you to the Association of Contracting Plumbers for bringing the industry together for such a successful event and such an important cause.
I’m already looking forward to the next one.
